Austria - science2school

science2school is an non-profit organisation focusing on the dissemination of inquiry-based learning in science and mathematics. It is closely linked to the University of Teacher Education in Vienna and offers an extensive program of primary and secondary teacher training, both initial as well as in-service.

The work of science2school is based on research and uses strong links with schools and science centers. The main aim is to broaden the methodological spectrum teachers are able to use in their classrooms and to improve teachers' conceptions of the nature of science and their conception of learning in science.
