Italy - Associazione Nazionale Insegnanti di Scienze Naturali
L'Association nationale des enseignants de sciences naturelles (ANISN, Associazione Nazionale Insegnanti di Scienze Naturali) est une entité juridique fondée en 1979 et reconnue par le MIUR (ministère de l'éducation, de l'université et de la recherche), à la fois en tant qu'institut qualifié, habilité à proposer des formations institutionnelles pour les enseignants de sciences naturelles et en tant qu'entité externe du MIUR pouvant organiser et mener des initiatives pour identifier et promouvoir les meilleurs élèves dans les écoles italiennes. L'ANISN est une association à but non lucratif qui compte plus de 2 000 membres (enseignants de sciences, formateurs, scientifiques, chercheurs en didactique, etc.) et qui est organisée en 26 sections locales réparties dans différentes régions d'Italie. L'ANISN mène un grand nombre d'activités (conception, réalisation et mise en œuvre de ressources didactiques, organisation de groupes de travail, de cours de formation nationaux et locaux pour enseignants, de séminaires et de réunions, etc.). Les membres de l'association ont tous pour objectif d'améliorer et de soutenir de manière continue le « métier d'enseignant » et la qualité et l'expansion de l'enseignement scientifique en Italie, tout en tenant compte du rôle crucial que jouent les enseignants et l'enseignement des sciences à l'école pour mettre en place une culture scientifique et contribuer à faire des élèves des citoyens sensibles aux sciences.
